The main group members are:  
Egon Evertz KG, Solingen, which provides on-site services for the steel industry, maintenance and repair services for production equipment, including complete production units, and manufactures segments, continuous casting moulds and tubular moulds.
 
SKW Evertz Stranggießservice, which has specialised in copper casting and the manufacture of continuous casting mould plates.
 
Evex Anlagenbau, which develops and manufactures the complete range of equipment for the steel industry, such as converters, steel casting ladles, slag ladles, transfer cars, etc., see figure.
 
Evertz Magnetbau, which designs, develops, manufactures and repairs magnets of all types, including special equipment for the transport of slabs, billets. bars and coils, etc.
 
Evertz Hydrotechnik, which specialises in the engineering, manufacture and maintenance of valves for water and other media and the associated control systems as well as the manufacture of complete scrubbing and fire-extinguishing plants for insulators and transformers.
 
Klopp Maschinenbau, which manufactures universal drilling and milling machines, including special milling equipment for the machining of curved moulds and mould pockets.
 
Evertz Engineering is an engineering office available to the group as well as external customers.
