Evertz Magnet Technology
Our product range
- With the coil axis vertical up to a unit weight of 50 t
- With the coil axis horizontal up to a unit weight of 50 t
- With combined horizontal and vertical axis up to a unit weight of 38 t
- With combined horizontal and vertical axis up to a unit weight of 25 t, whereby the coil can be turned by 90° during the crane travel, so that the coil can be picked up and put down in either axis orientation
- Round magnets up to a diameter of 2 750 mm and a unit weight of 20 t
- Rectangular magnets with a unit weight of 30 t and with dimensions of:
L = 6000, W = 2200, H = 600 mm
- For slab weights up to 60 t
- For slab temperatures up to 600°C
- Versions also available in SK 3 with a double induction coil solution
With these magnets, slabs can be handled and ‘gently’ turned over without the slabs falling or being dropped during the complete turning cycle.
- For slabs with a unit weight up to 55 t
- For slabs with a temperature of up to 500°C
- Versions also available in SK 3 with a double induction coil solution
- Rectangular billets with dimensions of 200 x 200 mm and lengths up to 22 m
- Round billets with diameter up to 500 mm and lengths up to 16 m
- A multiple billet/product width up to 2000 mm
- Temperature up to 500°C
- Versions also in SK 3 with a double induction coil solution
- Special designs are possible for specific product dimensions
