Evertz Europe SA
Created in 2006 and established in the heart of Luxembourg, Evertz Europe is part of the Evertz Group. Evertz Europe is specialized in processing semi-finished products by Grinding, Scarfing, Oxycutting and also developing and manufacturing specialist machines for the steel industry. The highly skilled and multilingual Evertz Europe team has extensive expertise and provides tailor made solutions to customer requests.
Evertz Europe operates service contracts on several sites in Europe and in the USA.

Strengths
Designing and manufacturing our own machines in-house to exactly meet the customer's needs. In 2019 Evertz Europe acquired the AMOVA grinding technology in order to expand its portfolio and know-how. The company digitally simulates all project studies in order to ensure its clients achieve the best technical and cost-effective solutions.
Evertz Europe has concluded a strategic partnership with the Finnish company Sapotech. This alliance provides a fully integrated solution by offering automatic surface defect detection on the products ground by Evertz. Evertz grinding machines are now systematically equipped with the Sapotech defect detection system.

Service Centre
In 2022 Evertz Europe opened a 2000 m2 service centre for product grinding and cutting in Billy-Chevannes. Located in the centre of France, this workshop is strategically placed and allows easy access to the main highway network. This service centre processes all metal grades, even the most complex ones (such as Titanium and Zirconium) and also even the softest materials (such as copper alloys). Evertz can grind products up to 12m in length, with a width of 2m and a thickness of 1m and can cut sections up to 1m x 1m.
The Billy-Chevannes workshop is self-sufficient in terms of electricity consumption as it generates its own energy from a 1000 KVA photovoltaic panels covering the complete surface of the roof.
As part of our responsible steel philosophy, Evertz collects and separates all grinding swarf and dust for recycling by our clients.
